Slight correction...there are sixteen variations. Not fifteen. Check it out.

Most of mine are about medium, except my warrior who i think is about 2 or 3 under max height.

A female chars and all the smallest size. I get a kick out of running up to a max male warrior w/ my female necro and only reaching his elbow. Then I think about the ways I'd kill him in pvp.

I have a pocket monk =D [shorty]
My others are all at or around 75%, except my storage sins which are all as short as possible.

The only one of my characters to the best of my knowledge who is NOT at maximum height is my original: Chae Soon .... and he is about 2/3rds of the way there, if not 3/4.

Lon Zi (my elementalist) tends to tower over everyone else irrespective. I can't help but wonder why male elementalists are so damned huge....

I suspect Monks are smaller so they're more difficult to spot (because everyone wants to go for the monk).

I came from fps games ... all but warrior are as tiny as possible. Even if it bought only a 1/4 second from someone clicking on a toon as a target of opportunity in pvp ... 1/4 second is part of a cast.

As you can guess from my name...and the names of all my chars, they are all very..very..small, except one of my necros, who is really tall by mistake. ^^
My male warrior is so small compared to most male warriors, I get loads of comenets about it, most female warriors are taller than him. ^^

My first 2 chars are medium height but every one since then I've made as short as possible to reflect my RL stature, except 1 warrior which I deliberately made maximum height.

Max height male mesmers (and eles, to a lesser extent) are pretty creepy looking for some reason - they give me the willies.

Max Size: Warrior, Paragon (both Male)
(Max - 1 click): Dervish (Female), Monk (Female)
(Max -2 clicks): Necro (Female), Ranger (Female), Elementalist (Female), Ritualist (Female), Mesmer (Female)

Assassin (Male): Must be Max or near maximum height.

I do not understand why people make monk and ranger girls even smaller. They are so small, even at maximum size.
There is already a lot of variety in size depending on class or sometimes even hairstyle, even small elementalist girls are really tall.

I try and create all my characters at a medium height, which I base off my Ranger. I make some of them smaller so they look right compared to him, and some of the smaller classes like monks and ele's taller, so they don't like tiny.

I hate when you see the freakishly tall warriors and such, but even worse is the tiny little female monks. They look like aliens! especially with that naked/tattoo armour.

I always had them at the default, that is until Nightfall came out that the scale was always set randomly.

The pocket monks look CUTE! Which is why I have one.

I don't see why everyone has max height. How unoriginal. Especially for sins, the shorter the better. They need to be light!

all males for me (i feel creepy otherwise), and i like to have my casters really short, and my meele really tall. the only exception is my sin who is short too. my paragon is medium height (for a paragon that is) and my warrior is about 3/4, but only bc i didnt make him, a friend of mine did. if it were up to me, hed be as tall as possible.
